Delicious wedding cakes start with some of the best ingredients you can find. My eggs are sourced from a local, free-range farm in Wokingham (Stokes Farm), my sugar is fairtrade certified, I use organic British butter in my buttercreams, and all of my chocolate comes from responsible sources. I always use real vanilla and never use artificial flavourings to ensure that you get the most authentically delicious wedding cake. Every cake is made up of 4 individually baked, hand made layers of fluffy sponge and 3 layers of flavourful fillings. Buttercream (and semi-naked) cakes are coated in a layer of buttercream, while fondant cakes are coated in a rich truffley chocolate ganache and luxury fondant.
With tiered cakes, there are no extra costs for different flavoured cakes. In fact, I encourage you to have different flavours! There are a few flavours that have an additional charge, but you will be advised these when booking.
All wedding cakes come with flavour cards so that your guests know what they’re eating. These cards show allergens on the back for each flavour, and list the sustainble ingredients used e.g. organic butter, Fairtrade sugar.

A modern classic, red velvet is slightly chocolatey with an edge. Featuring a bright red, slightly chocolatey sponge, it is filled with a cream cheese tasting buttercream.
A light, caramelly sponge, filled with my homemade salted caramel buttercream.
Coffee & Walnut
A rich, coffee sponge, studded with chopped walnuts and filled with a coffee buttercream. Ganache coatings would also be coffee flavoured.
A super light spiced sponge, studded with finely grated organic carrots and chopped walnuts, it’s filled with a tart orange buttercream.
Sticky Toffee Pudding
A rich date sponge, filled with my homemade salted caramel buttercream.
A warmly spiced gingerbread sponge, filled with a speculoos caramelly buttercream.
Rum & Raisin
A classic sponge studded with raisins soaked overnight in dark rum, filled with a dark rum buttercream.
A rich, dark, sticky, spiced fruit cake studded with apricots, cherries, raisins, sultanas, currants, and mixed peel, coated in a light marzipan.
For the real foodies…
Orange & Poppy Seed
An orange sponge speckled with poppy seeds and filled with a tart orange buttercream.
A herby, lightly floral lavender sponge, filled with a lavender and lemon buttercream. This is one of my signature flavours, it will definitely surprise you! The lavender has an earthy, herbiness to it (almost like rosemary) with the lemon lightening up the flavour to create a really nicely balanced summery combination.
